The Gift of Touch

Massages

For the mind, body and spirit

In my sessions boundaries are respected and consent is observed. I work on and touch every part of the body, so to heal some very deep seated issues of shame and guilt we may have. Within a space of non-judgemental intimacy you are held, cradled, stroked, caressed, valued, cared-for and healed. According to your level of comfort, you can choose to be draped or not.

Massages create deep relaxation where healing can take place. The key to deep healing is to ‘receive’, by letting your body and mind go free. Depending on your need, I recommend between three to five repeated sessions, no more than a week to maximum ten days apart. Later gradually reducing the sessions to once a month or less.

THE SESSIONS

The first session takes longer, as it is important have a conversation to get to know you and understand your needs. I offer full body massages of different durations.

60 Minutes: This session is often for those who want to try before committing to a longer session OR for repeat clients needing focussed treatment.

90/120 Minutes: These unhurried sessions use a very slow pace to create an expansive awareness of your body and provide deep relaxation. Discuss if you need longer durations.

Bookings are taken Monday to Sunday
Start 10am - End 10pm

THE SPACE

There is a warm dedicated therapy room on the ground floor. I use a heated massage table with a headrest, bolster for knee and ankle support, soothing music and incense.

The toilet is on the first floor. Please shower before you arrive. Facility to shower is only for sleep-over clients. There is Free parking in the street or you can park in the drive is space is available.

THE OILS

We use 100% pure and natural fractionated coconut oil. Fragrance and odour free, it’s colourless and easily washes off clothing. It is absorbed very quickly by the skin, is antibacterial, has antioxidant properties and contains vitamins A, B and E that help nourish the skin. Often other essential oils are used at different stages of the massage.
